(Susan K., 429 days ago)I purchased the package with a facial, massage, pedicure, and manicure. The esthetician offered me a sample and then charged me for it, the massage therapist would NOT touch my feet, the pedicure chair is outdated and uncomfortable, they sat a cheap walmart foot bath on top of a stool in front of the chair for the pedicure, the manicure was the worst I have ever had, there is no relaxation area, and rock/techno music was blasting over the stereo. That was the WORST spa experience that I have EVER had. I went there to relieve stress and left stressed out and in tears. It was a waste of 5 hours and $300.

Since we did not know who is this person and we have never seen any customer leaving spa in tears, we can only clarify some facts. 1. There is no rock/techno music in spa, nor blasting music at anytime; 2. There is a relaxation area in Qi Spa. On www.qispadc.com home page, there is a video tour for everyone to see our spa. You can see our nail stations and relaxation area. Besides window AC unit, nothing else in spa was brought from Walmart. 3. We have a spa package with facial, massage, manicure and pedicure that costs $200 but not $300. It takes about 2.5-3 hours but not 5 hours. 4. Qi Spa sells products not samples. 5. We take pride to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability. If we had received complaint, we would have done something about it. Any one could have a bad day. Countless customers come to Qi Spa with negative energy and leave with positive energy, happy and relaxed. Our goal is to help our guests to be healthy, happy and successful. If we did not do our job well, we welcome customer feedback so we can improve and keep on our toes.
